Joseph and Alexander from both took part in Padi Advance Open Water Course. They all had to take part in the compulsory dives Deep and Navigation but then had three of their choosing.
The Navigation went without a hitch and the guys all produced near perfect squares, recepical headings and had fun trying to find their way all the dive site with natural navigation.
The Deep adventure dive was alot of fun aswell with Joe and Alexander all doing theirs at White Rock.
As for the other choosen dives we had a mixer of Fish Identiation where we spent time exploring the underwater world to help us identify and reconise the different marine life. This was great because we did this dive at Chumphon Pinnacles where there is hugh varaity of fish to see, being one of the best dive sites in the world.
Next Peak Performance Buoyancy where each diver used this dive to help fine tune the use of their air. We practised hovering in the air for no less than a minute without touching the floor. Making sure we used efficient fin kicking to help maximize our movement in the water while using the minimal amount of our tanks air. We also played lots of games such as taking our fins off and running around, pretending to be in the Matrix movies and doing cool slow underwater kicking and punching actions.
One of the new and very popular adventure dives to choose from is the Wreck Dive. The HTMS Sattakut was dropped right near the dive site named Hin Pee Wee. Due to the ship wreck being well placed there is already a healthy aray of marine life already making it their homes. With it’s two guns on the bow and stern of the wreck and with it’s seating still in place the guys got some great photo oppotunities.
The last one was the alway’s entertaining Night dive, the team got to experience the wonders of the deep at dark with only a torch to see with. At night there are many animals which come out to feed, such as the Great barracudas. It was a whole new journey for the guys and all they all agreed they had really enjoyed themselves.
There are many other Adventure Dives to choose from on the Padi Advanced course with there own special and unqiue fun to be had here at Simple Life Divers with the save knowledge you will be taught by the best Instructor in the world, Scuba Steve.
