Alex, Marta, David, Kevin and Andrew all passed their Padi Open Water diving course today with flying colours. The team arrived in the morning and were eager to start their course.
A nice easy relaxed afternoon was ahead on day one for the guys. We watched the PADI videos, completed the knowledge reviews and answered a couple of simple quizes.
The following day we met up in the afternoon to do our first water based water session of the Koh Tao diving course. The team were shown how to set up their equipment and complete their buddy checks. After a briefing of about 20 scuba skills the guy’s were more than prepared and handled the task at hand with ease.
Day 3 we enjoyed the first two dives of the Padi Open Water. The conditions were great, we all enjoyed the 20+ meter visability, diving near Koh Nangyuan north-west of Koh Tao. For the final day of the diving course the guys had a wonderful suprise, on the way back from Chumphon we spotted a 6 meter pilot whale!
Well done to the team and have fun with the rest of your travels.
